How Scheduling Works
Tell Us What You Need

We Plan the Route
Our logistics team optimizes the route and assigns the right vehicle. You get a confirmed date and time window.
We Show Up On Time
Our professional drivers arrive within the scheduled window, handle all loading/unloading, and confirm completion.
Green Logistics
We optimize every route to minimize fuel consumption and emissions. Our trucks never run empty — we combine pickups and deliveries to maximize efficiency. When we pick up your surplus boxes, we often deliver someone else's order in the same trip. It's smarter logistics that's also better for the planet.
Schedule a Pickup or DeliveryRoute Optimization
Every trip our fleet makes is planned using proprietary routing software that accounts for real-time traffic data, toll costs, loading dock accessibility, vehicle height restrictions, and time-window constraints. In the NYC metro area, a poorly planned route can add 2-3 hours to a single delivery. Our system eliminates that waste.
We use a hub-and-spoke model for our daily operations. Our central processing facility acts as the hub, with routes radiating outward to serve each borough and surrounding county. Drivers complete multi-stop circuits that combine pickups and deliveries on the same run, ensuring trucks are loaded in both directions whenever possible.
For recurring clients, we build dedicated route schedules that align with your receiving or shipping windows. Over time, we refine these routes based on actual performance data — average load times, traffic patterns by day-of-week and time-of-day, and seasonal volume fluctuations.
Fuel Efficiency & Green Logistics Stats
Sustainability is built into every mile we drive. Here are the numbers behind our green logistics commitment.
Insurance & Liability Coverage
Your materials are fully protected from the moment our driver signs the pickup manifest to the moment they reach their destination. Here is what our coverage includes.
General Liability
Covers bodily injury and property damage that may occur during pickup or delivery at your facility. Includes slip-and-fall, equipment damage, and structural damage to loading docks.
Cargo Insurance
Protects the value of materials in transit against loss, theft, or damage. Covers the full declared value of your boxes and packaging materials from pickup to delivery.
Commercial Auto
Comprehensive auto liability coverage for all vehicles in our fleet. Includes collision, comprehensive, and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.
Workers Compensation
Full workers compensation coverage for all drivers and loading crew members. You bear zero liability for injuries to our employees on your premises.
Umbrella / Excess
Additional layer of protection above primary policies. Provides extra security for high-value shipments and large-scale cleanout operations.
Environmental Liability
Covers environmental cleanup costs in the unlikely event of a spill or contamination during transport. Ensures your facility is held harmless.
Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request. We can add your company as an Additional Insured on our policy at no charge. Request a COI
Weather & Temperature Considerations
Corrugated materials are sensitive to moisture, humidity, and extreme temperatures. Our fleet and handling procedures are designed to protect your materials in all weather conditions typical of the Northeast climate.
Rain & Snow Protocols
- All box trucks and trailers are fully enclosed with sealed doors
- Tarps and weather shields carried on all flatbed loads
- Loading and unloading under cover whenever dock access allows
- Waterproof shrink-wrap available for open-dock transfers
- Weather-related schedule adjustments communicated proactively
Summer Heat Considerations
Extended exposure to temperatures above 90°F can soften adhesives on tape and labels, and high humidity (>80% RH) causes corrugated board to absorb moisture and lose 20-30% of its structural strength. Our drivers prioritize covered parking during stops and minimize dwell time in direct sun.
Winter Conditions
Cold temperatures below 20°F can make corrugated fibers brittle and more susceptible to cracking during handling. Our crews adjust stacking height and handling speed in extreme cold. All trucks carry snow chains for emergency use, and we maintain relationships with multiple road-condition monitoring services for route planning during winter storms.
We never cancel a scheduled pickup or delivery due to weather without contacting you first and offering a same-day or next-day alternative.
Bulk Pricing Tiers
Transparent, volume-based pricing. The more you ship, the lower your per-unit cost. All prices include loading labor and standard insurance coverage.

Transportation FAQ
Common questions about our pickup, delivery, and logistics services.
Do I need a loading dock for pickup or delivery?
No. While a loading dock makes the process faster, we serve plenty of locations without docks. Our box trucks have hydraulic liftgates, and our drivers carry hand trucks and pallet jacks. For ground-level access, we can hand-load or use our liftgate to lower pallets to grade level. Just let us know your dock situation when scheduling so we send the right equipment.
What is your delivery time window? Can I get a specific appointment time?
Standard deliveries are scheduled in 3-hour windows (e.g., 9 AM - 12 PM or 1 PM - 4 PM). For an additional fee, we offer 1-hour appointment windows for time-sensitive deliveries. On the day of delivery, you receive a real-time ETA notification when your driver is en route, typically 30-45 minutes before arrival.
How do you handle multi-stop routes? Can I schedule pickups and deliveries on the same trip?
Absolutely — multi-stop routes are one of our specialties. If you need boxes picked up from one location and delivered to another, we handle it in a single coordinated trip. This is common for businesses relocating or transferring inventory between facilities. Multi-stop routes also help reduce per-stop costs compared to separate single-trip bookings.
What happens if my order is larger or smaller than estimated?
We always bring capacity for 20% more than your estimate, so small overages are never a problem. For significant overages, we can often accommodate on the spot if the vehicle has room, or schedule a follow-up pickup within 24-48 hours at no additional mobilization charge. If your load is smaller than estimated, you only pay for what we actually transport — we never charge for unused capacity.
Do you operate outside the NYC metro area?
Our standard coverage includes all five NYC boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk), Westchester, and northern New Jersey. For locations beyond this core area — Connecticut, the Hudson Valley, central New Jersey, or the Philadelphia corridor — we offer extended-range service with a mileage-based surcharge. Contact us for a custom quote for out-of-area deliveries.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
For recurring contract clients, we offer GPS tracking access that shows your driver's real-time location on a map. For one-time pickups and deliveries, you receive automated notifications at key milestones: booking confirmation, day-before reminder, en-route alert with ETA, and completion confirmation. You can always call or text your assigned driver directly for a status update.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Standard cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $75 mobilization fee for box trucks and a $150 fee for tractor-trailers, to cover the cost of the reserved vehicle and driver. Rescheduling is always free if done 24+ hours in advance, and we do our best to accommodate same-day reschedule requests at no charge.
Ready to Ship?
Whether you need a single cargo van or a full tractor-trailer, we have the fleet and the expertise to get your boxes where they need to go — on time and on budget.
What Makes Box Recovery and Recycling Programs Actually Work
The difference between a smooth pickup program and an expensive cleanup problem usually comes down to preparation. Businesses that separate resaleable stock, document volumes, and provide clear dock access recover more value and avoid unnecessary labor charges.
A good service partner should be able to handle more than hauling. The real value is in sorting, grading, routing material to reuse first, and giving the client a clean operational outcome instead of simply removing visible clutter.
Whether the job is a recurring buyback route, a one-time warehouse cleanout, or a high-volume recycling stream, the most efficient projects start with a realistic understanding of material condition, loading access, and the desired financial or environmental result.
Useful information to prepare before requesting service
- Approximate volume by box type, pallet count, or square footage
- Whether material is clean and dry enough for reuse or should go directly to recycling
- Available dock doors, forklift access, trailer restrictions, and pickup windows
- Whether you need documentation for landfill diversion, ESG reporting, or internal approval
